Finance-Related Committees

Audit Committee

This Committee meets every January to review/audit the Club’s finances. They prepare and present a written report at the February meeting that is kept on file.

Budget Committee

This Committee prepares the Club’s annual budget for presentation to the membership at the Annual Meeting every January.

Finance Committee

The Finance Committee is responsible for all fiscal activities of the Club, including all of the Treasurer’s duties listed in the Club’s Bylaws.

Fundraising Committee

This Committee conducts activities to supplement the Club’s Treasury.
They collect Best Choice UPC labels and redeem them for cash. (1,000 labels equals $30 cash plus $30 bonus for the first submittal of each year). They also collect Harter House grocery receipts and redeem for cash. If a Club member becomes aware of a grant opportunity that might be appropriate for the Club, they work with the Committee Chair and the Treasurer in submitting the application. (The Treasurer will ensure there’s no duplication of effort.)
